Seeking an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager for a full-time position in Clarksville. The role involves providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy, while overseeing 6+ clinicians in a state-licensed outpatient mental health facility.
Must have 4+ years post-Master’s clinical experience and hold a license such as LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT (temporary/associate licenses accepted).
Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, facilitating therapy groups, documenting sessions promptly, and managing a caseload of 25 clients weekly.
Clinicians are expected to demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and ethical skills, with proficiency in evidence-based practices and confidentiality.
Shift is Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM, with some Saturdays required.
