Licensed Mental Health Associate Provider

The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and psychotherapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling.

  • Deliver therapy under supervision, develop treatment plans, and conduct assessments.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, coordinate services, and support substance use disorder integration.
  • Participate in community outreach, education, and professional development.
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and billing standards.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree, WA associate license (LMHCA, LMFT, LICSW), and one year of therapeutic experience with diverse populations.
  • Location is in-person in Oakville, WA, with a pay rate of $29.96–$37.45/hour and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
