The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and psychotherapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling.
Deliver therapy under supervision, develop treatment plans, and conduct assessments.
Maintain accurate, confidential documentation within required timeframes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, coordinate services, and support substance use disorder integration.
Participate in community outreach, education, and professional development.
Provide crisis intervention and referrals, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and billing standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, WA associate license (LMHCA, LMFT, LICSW), and one year of therapeutic experience with diverse populations.
Location is in-person in Oakville, WA, with a pay rate of $29.96–$37.45/hour and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
