We have immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health, available part-time or full-time in Lansing, MI.
Responsibilities include providing psycho-social evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment through individual, group, and family therapies for nursing home residents. Clinicians typically see 10-15 patients daily, with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, maintain Medicare documentation, and provide direct clinical services. The role offers autonomy, clinical support, modern electronic charting, and a dedicated practice manager.
Qualifications include an LMSW license, a master’s degree, 1-2 years’ experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with healthcare settings and Medicare guidelines is a plus.
