We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with current openings for *Fully Licensed* Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) specializing or interested in geriatric behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapies.
Manage 10-15 patient visits daily, with flexibility for scheduling.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes and continuity of care.
Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper documentation.
Engage in direct clinical roles within facilities.

Qualifications:
LMSW license with a master’s degree from an accredited university.
1-2 years’ experience preferred, with proficient communication and technology skills.
