We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team and support individuals and families in need.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.
- Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs, to ensure access to services.
- Assist clients with workforce development and employment goals.
- Utilize motivational interviewing and client-centered approaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, and strong crisis intervention skills. Familiarity with childcare resources and excellent communication are preferred. The role requires travel to Lubbock 1-2 times per month and is based in San Angelo, TX. It offers flexible hours (10-20 per week), a competitive hourly rate, and benefits like mileage reimbursement, with a Monday to Friday schedule and no weekends.
