Licensed Master Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide support to individuals and families in need.

Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide counseling for mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

Collaborate with community resources, including Medicare and Section 8 programs.

Assist clients with employment goals through workforce development initiatives.

Use motivational interviewing and client-centered approaches to empower clients.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and progress.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid LCSW licensure, crisis intervention knowledge, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with childcare resources is a plus. Ability to travel to Lubbock once or twice a month is required.

This contract role offers flexible hours (10-20 per week), pay of $38-$40/hour, mileage reimbursement, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. Candidates must have a driver’s license and be able to work in San Angelo, TX, in person.
