Licensed Independent Social Worker LISW

Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Therapist/Counselor, providing compassionate care in post-acute and long-term settings.

In this role, you’ll

deliver individual and group therapy for patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges

develop and manage treatment plans from intake to discharge

collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust care

support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors

offer services both in-person and via telehealth across partner facilities

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, active licensure (LISW, LPCC, or LMFT), experience with substance use disorders, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.
