The Family Therapist provides individual, family, group, and emergency crisis counseling to victims and secondary victims of sexual assault.

Assessing and providing ongoing crisis counseling for sexual assault victimsFacilitating weekly support groups and age-appropriate counseling for childrenMaintaining client records and collecting demographic data for grant reportingCollaborating with staff and mental health professionals for referrals and trainingDeveloping relationships with community mental health resources**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree and professional license in counseling or therapyExperience working with sexual assault victims, including children and adultsStrong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills**Supervised by:** Advocacy Director
**Position details:** Full-time, $55,000-$72,000/year, with benefits including flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and mileage reimbursement. Work is conducted in person.
