Licensed Family Therapist I

The Family Therapist provides individual, family, group, and emergency crisis counseling to victims and secondary victims of sexual assault.

**Key responsibilities include:**

Assessing and providing ongoing crisis counseling for sexual assault victims

Facilitating weekly support groups and age-appropriate counseling for children

Maintaining client records and collecting demographic data for grant reporting

Collaborating with staff and mental health professionals for referrals and training

Developing relationships with community mental health resources

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree and professional license in counseling or therapy

Experience working with sexual assault victims, including children and adults

Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

**Supervised by:** Advocacy Director

**Position details:** Full-time, $55,000-$72,000/year, with benefits including flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and mileage reimbursement. Work is conducted in person.
