Licensed Family Therapist I

The Family Therapist provides individual, family, group, and crisis counseling to victims of sexual assault and secondary victims.

Responsibilities include assessments, ongoing trauma support, facilitating support and age-appropriate group sessions, maintaining client files, and coordinating with mental health professionals.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, professional license, and experience in sexual assault and crisis intervention.

Skills required are strong communication, organizational abilities, cultural competence, and clinical decision-making.

The role is supervised by the Advocacy Director, is full-time, with a salary range of $55,000-$72,000, and offers benefits such as flexible schedule, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work is conducted in person.
