As an on-site provider, you will conduct assessments, deliver psychotherapy, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address residents’ emotional and social needs, managing your caseload and documentation independently.
Requirements include a master’s degree, valid license, at least two years of therapy experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with insurance plans and healthcare settings. Passion for working with older adults and experience in nursing home environments are pluses.
