We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our therapy team at a youth crisis center.
Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma-informed care, helping students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive clinical services, participating in treatment and education planning teams, maintaining documentation, and adhering to program rules. Flexibility for after-hours calls may be required.
Candidates must hold a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), pass background checks, and preferably be bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior experience in mental health and family treatment is desired.
