LICENSED CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff at a primarily in-person program in El Cajon, with some remote work possible.

Responsibilities include

Supervising, training, and auditing therapists’ clinical work

Leading treatment team meetings and case reviews

Ensuring documentation and services meet legal and ethical standards

Responding to crises, guiding staff, and supporting staff development for licensure

Monitoring program compliance and conducting record audits

Acting as lead in the absence of the Program Manager

Requirements include a master’s degree, an active state license (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or Psychologist), two+ years of independent licensure, experience with diverse populations, and reliable transportation.
