Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Naples, FL, starting July 2026.

Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy, completing clinical documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, providing crisis intervention, and participating in training.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Counseling or related field, active Florida LCSW or LMHC license, experience with diverse populations, strong assessment and treatment skills, and preferably CBT (Insomnia) training.

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
