Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services, collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.

Provide individual therapy and counseling, ensuring services adhere to licensing scope and regulatory standards.

Assess, develop, and monitor patient treatment plans, documenting progress accurately.

Participate in patient referrals, interdisciplinary communication, and departmental meetings.

Ensure patient dignity, ethical practice, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Coordinate clinical outcome measurement and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include a degree in Clinical Social Work, current LCSW license in Texas, and experience in assessments, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care. Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.
