The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.
Qualifications include a degree in Clinical Social Work, current Texas LCSW license, and preferred experience in assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and Trauma Informed Care. Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical group therapy, and maintain excellent documentation and communication skills. Responsibilities involve providing individual therapy, developing and monitoring treatment plans, ensuring ethical practice, and maintaining accurate records. Additional duties include coordinating patient outcomes, participating in team meetings, and communicating effectively with families and agencies.
