We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time position supporting hospitals in Oxnard and Camarillo. The role involves providing outpatient psychotherapy, conducting individual, family, and group therapy, creating treatment plans, and performing initial in-person evaluations. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with some remote follow-up sessions allowed. The annual salary ranges from $93,600 to $101,920, including benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Candidates must be licensed, with at least 2 years’ experience, and able to commute to Oxnard, CA. Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
