Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join an integrated healthcare team in a rural outpatient clinic setting.

Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination within primary care.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in school and community outreach programs.

Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications: MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, preferred clinical or medical experience, strong communication skills.
