Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.

Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination.

Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model.

Participate in school-based and community outreach programs.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.

Qualifications: MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, with preferred experience in clinical or medical settings. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
