The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader role involves clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis support, and leadership across multiple locations in TN and KY.
- Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring licensure compliance and professional readiness.
- Maintain an active counseling caseload, delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and spiritually integrated care (client-led).
- Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, and support for higher care referrals, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements.
- Participate in leadership activities, including program development, policy implementation, and quality improvement, fostering a culture aligned with core values.
- Monitor clinical performance, generate reports, and support staff performance and productivity improvements.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, active LCSW licensure in TN and/or KY, and experience in clinical supervision and outpatient settings.
