The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader
serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing
clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis support,
and operational oversight across locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.
This role ensures
ethical, trauma-informed, spiritually integrated care while fostering
professional growth of staff and providers.
Key responsibilities include:
– Providing individual and group supervision aligned with licensure standards
– Supporting staff in licensure and documentation requirements
– Maintaining an active counseling caseload using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
– Assisting during crises, risk assessments, and safety planning
– Participating in leadership, program development, and quality improvement
– Monitoring clinician performance, caseloads, and implementing performance coaching
Qualifications include:
– Master’s in Social Work (MSW)
– Active LCSW licensure in TN and/or KY
– 2–3 years of post-licensure experience
– Experience in supervision and leadership roles
Preferred skills encompass outpatient experience, trauma-informed care, and spiritual integration.
Core competencies involve leadership, ethical decision-making, crisis management, and cultural responsiveness.
