Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience for a clinical social worker role in Manitowoc, WI.

Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of nursing home residents.

Conduct individual, group, and family therapies, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity of services.

Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper documentation of clinical contacts.

Offer autonomy within facilities, supported by clinical supervision and a dedicated practice manager.

Qualifications include an LCSW license, a master’s degree, and 1-2 years of experience. Preferred experience in healthcare settings and Medicare standards is a plus.
