This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized habilitation plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.
They will also support families, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in staff training. The role requires active on-call availability and follow-up care coordination.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of federal/state regulations.
