Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered treatment plans in compliance with regulations.

Delivers evidence-based therapy, including individual and group interventions, and provides crisis intervention as needed.

Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including families and caregivers, to ensure integrated care and ongoing support.

Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff training.

Requirements: Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, 2+ years of relevant experience, and availability for on-call duties. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in Enid, OK.
