Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Conducts assessments to determine treatment needs and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in compliance with regulations.

Delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, provides crisis intervention, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.

Engages with families and caregivers for ongoing support and education, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Offers staff training, participates in on-call duties, and follows up with clients or referrals as needed.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, minimum 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities, and strong assessment and therapy skills.

Physical demands involve mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs. The position offers competitive salary and benefits, with shifts in Enid, OK, requiring relocation prior to start.
