We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.
This full-time position offers a day shift, Monday to Friday schedule, with in-person work at our facility.
Our organization provides comprehensive services, including medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy, within a 25-bed critical access hospital and physician clinic setting.
Minimum qualifications include:
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school
• Current Montana state license or ability to obtain one
• Mental health certification
• At least 2 years of experience as an LCSW
