Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a licensed LCSW to join our rural integrated healthcare team, providing coordinated care in a facility that combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital.

Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, current Montana license, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.

Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

This full-time role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday, and benefits such as an employee assistance program.

The position is in person, supporting comprehensive mental health services within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
