We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to join our rural integrated healthcare team.
Our facility combines a physician clinic and a 25-bed critical access hospital, offering comprehensive services such as medical care, hospice, emergency, radiology, laboratory, and physical therapy.
Minimum qualifications include a Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program, current Montana state license or eligibility, mental health certification, and at least 2 years of LCSW experience.
This full-time, day-shift position offers benefits including an employee assistance program, with work scheduled Monday to Friday.
