Role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing remote, insurance-based psychotherapy to adults via secure telehealth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
Develop and implement person-centered, evidence-based treatment plans.
Document all sessions accurately in the EHR system.
Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
Perform timely risk and safety assessments to ensure patient well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential.
Experience in providing psychotherapy, preferably via telehealth.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently within a remote, tech-enabled environment.
