Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC)

Seeking a passionate Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor to support clients through recovery by providing assessments, therapy, and case management.

Responsibilities:

Perform screening, intake, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention

Maintain documentation and communicate with team and payers

Ensure cultural sensitivity and compliance with licensing requirements

Qualifications:

Current Minnesota licensure as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor

1+ year experience in chemical dependency or related fields

Knowledge of mental health and chemical dependency treatment

Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
