Key responsibilities:

Performing screening, intake, assessment, and treatment planning

Conducting individual and group counseling

Case management, crisis intervention, and client education

Maintaining records, collaborating with professionals, and obtaining funding authorizations

Qualifications:

State licensure as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor (Minnesota)

1+ year experience in a chemical dependency setting

Knowledge of Minnesota regulations and cultural sensitivity

Strong communication and computer skills

Minimum 2-year sobriety
