This full-time position requires knowledge of
42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA,
reporting maltreatment of vulnerable populations,
comprehensive substance use assessments,
clinical evaluations,
substance use disorders,
referral processes,
case management,
group dynamics,
residential/outpatient treatment,
aftercare resources,
relapse prevention,
co-occurring disorders,
professional ethics, and
diagnostic criteria.
Skills include conducting
evaluations,
placement decisions,
maintaining clinical records,
developing individual treatment plans,
counseling (group, individual, family),
diagnosis, and
referrals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience preferred.
