Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ADC-T

This full-time position requires knowledge of

  • 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA
  • Reporting maltreatment of vulnerable populations
  • Conducting comprehensive substance use assessments and clinical evaluations
  • Understanding substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and relapse prevention
  • Managing casework, developing treatment plans, and facilitating referrals
  • Providing group, individual, and family counseling in residential and outpatient settings
  • Skills in maintaining clinical records and developing individualized treatment strategies
  • Adherence to professional ethics and conduct
  • Experience with evaluations, placements, diagnosis, and co-occurring treatment
  • Knowledge of aftercare resources and relapse prevention
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of addiction counseling experience
