This full-time position requires knowledge of
42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA,
reporting maltreatment of vulnerable adults and minors,
comprehensive substance use assessments and clinical evaluations,
substance use disorders, relapse prevention, and co-occurring disorders,
referral processes, case management, and professional ethics,
diagnostic criteria, group dynamics, and treatment planning. Skills include
evaluations, placements, maintaining clinical records, developing treatment plans, and counseling (group, individual, family). The role involves
diagnosis, referrals, and co-occurring treatment.
