Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ADC-T

This full-time role requires knowledge of
-42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA
-Reporting Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults and Minors
-Conducting Direct Access and Comprehensive Substance Use Assessments
-Performing Clinical Evaluations
-Understanding Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Disorders
-Managing Referrals and Case Management
-Facilitating Group Dynamics and Counseling (individual, family, group)
-Providing Residential/Outpatient Treatment and Aftercare Resources
-Addressing Relapse and Professional Ethics
-Applying Diagnostic Criteria.

Skills include evaluations, placements, maintaining clinical records, developing treatment plans, diagnosis, and referrals.

Pay ranges from $50,128.80 to $60,370.17 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.

Preferred education is a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience recommended.
