Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/ADC-T

This full-time role requires knowledge of

  • 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA
  • Reporting Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults and Minors
  • Conducting Substance Use Assessments and Clinical Evaluations
  • Understanding Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Treatment Planning
  • Managing Cases, Referrals, and Maintaining Records
  • Facilitating Group, Individual, and Family Counseling
  • Working in Residential/Outpatient Settings and Providing Aftercare Resources
  • Addressing Relapse and Professional Ethics
  • Skills include evaluations, placements, case management, diagnosis, and developing treatment plans. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience (preferred), and strong assessment and counseling skills.
