We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern to join our behavioral health team.
Provide addiction and mental health counseling to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapies. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family sessions focused on recovery and wellness. Apply crisis intervention techniques and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and coding standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and community resource linkage. Maintain ongoing professional development and stay current with behavioral health research and best practices. Qualifications include: valid licensure or certification, experience in addiction or mental health therapy, knowledge of psychotherapy techniques, medical terminology, ICD coding, and strong communication skills.
This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining clinical experience in diverse settings. Pay ranges from $24.73 to $29.78 per hour.
