We are seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our Community Health Center, providing outpatient primary care and behavioral health services.
This role focuses on integrating Substance Use Services into the clinical setting by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with primary care providers. The LAC will serve as a resource on Substance Use issues, oversee care for patients on Medication Assisted Treatment, and deliver individual, group, and family recovery support based on evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in meetings and training, and supporting patients’ recovery journeys. The position requires a Montana LAC license, at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience, and the ability to work in Hamilton, MT—relocation may be necessary.
