Role: Stepdown Overflow Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical operations on a busy stepdown overflow unit.
- Oversee daily patient flow and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Support bedside nurses with complex assessments, care planning, and discharges.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Champion safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support staff development and evidence-based practice.
