L&D RN (Full-Time)

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs. It requires developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and communicating effectively across care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a healing environment and educate patients and families.
  • Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
  • Develop and implement care plans with clear goals, ensuring coordination among team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Valid RN licensure required; no prior experience necessary, but two years of experience is preferred.
  • Safety-conscious with the ability to work alertly and securely.
