The Clinical Supervisor oversees program management, quality assurance, staff recruitment, training, and development of treatment services. They operate independently, providing individualized clinical supervision to strengthen staff capabilities in addressing diverse diagnostic and presenting problems.
They promote cultural sensitivity, respect, recovery, and resiliency within the organizational culture.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Root Cause Analysis, LEAN, change management, and knowledge of healthcare quality metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
