We are hiring a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) for residential treatment services. The role involves providing individual and group therapy to clients with substance use, mental health, and related issues, ensuring compliance with DHS mandates.
Responsibilities include evaluating and adjusting treatment plans, case management, documentation, and delivering culturally sensitive care. The counselor must uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and work collaboratively with the team.
This in-person position is based in Chaska, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimal overtime.
The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental insurance, paid time off, and more.
Qualifications include at least one year of addiction counseling experience, LADC and ADCT licenses, and the ability to clear a background check.
