Role: Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology with PRN status, responsible for performing clinical procedures, patient care, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Responsibilities: Provide pre/post-procedure care, administer contrast and sedation, prep patients, maintain sterile technique, and support diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Coordinate patient schedules, assist with departmental records, ensure patient safety, and educate patients and families.
Assist in training staff and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. - Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, valid RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, minimum 3 years IR experience, proficiency in moderate sedation, and ICU/CCU/ER or Cath Lab background.
Strong critical thinking, communication, computer, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
