We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) at a leading cardiovascular practice.
- Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday to Sunday evening).
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Accurately document all clinical activities according to standards.
Qualifications include board certification/eligibility in Interventional Cardiology, active Texas medical license, and 2–5 years of experience preferred. Must be able to commute to New Braunfels, TX, and willing to travel up to 25%. The role offers a competitive daily rate ($1,000–$1,500) with flexible weekend scheduling. This is a contract, in-person position requiring relocation before start date.
