We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) in a hospital-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday to Sunday evening).
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Evaluate and manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and the cardiovascular team to ensure seamless care.
- Accurately document clinical activities per standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
- Active, unrestricted Texas medical license.
- Hospital privileges or credentialing eligibility.
- 2–5 years of interventional cardiology experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and procedural skills.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive daily rate ($1,000–$1,500).
- Flexible weekend schedule (Friday evening through Sunday).
- Contract position requiring in-person work in New Braunfels, TX, with relocation before start and optional travel.
