We are seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for weekend coverage (1:4) at a leading cardiovascular practice.
- Provide weekend call and procedural coverage (typically Friday to Sunday evening).
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Manage acute cardiac patients in inpatient and procedural settings.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and the cardiovascular team to ensure continuity of care.
- Accurately document clinical activities according to standards.
Qualifications include board certification/eligibility in Interventional Cardiology, an active Texas medical license, and hospital privileges or eligibility. Preferred candidates have 2–5 years of experience, excellent communication, and procedural skills.
This contract position offers a competitive daily rate ($1,000–$1,500) with a flexible weekend schedule. Candidates must be able to commute to and relocate before starting in New Braunfels, TX, with a willingness to travel up to 25%. Work is in person.
