The OMCP Internship Supervisor supports daily program operations within a correctional education initiative that trains incarcerated individuals as substance use disorder counselors.
Reports to the Program Director and supervises participants during their internship, ensuring accurate tracking of hours and credentials. Works on-site approximately 40 hours/week, overseeing program delivery, monitoring participant progress, and providing clinical supervision. Assists with certification processes, documentation, and collaboration with staff and contractors. Requires certified AOD Counselor with 5+ years of experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to pass background checks.
