Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations using advanced imaging and radiology tools. Manage acute and chronic conditions across various subspecialties such as cardiology, endocrinology, and more. Utilize EMR/EHR systems like ECW for documentation and data management. Administer treatments, including medications and immunizations, and engage in telehealth services. Provide patient education on health topics and collaborate with specialists as needed. Qualifications include: Medical degree, active license, board certification or eligibility, proficiency with EMR systems, strong communication skills, and adherence to HIPAA standards.
