Registered Nurse – Medical Intermediate
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for medically complex patients, including cardiac and transplant populations. Perform comprehensive assessment, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes. Manage medications and infusions, ensuring safe administration and appropriate monitoring.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, support clinical decision-making, and maintain continuity of services. Deliver patient and family education to promote understanding of conditions, treatments, and self-care.
