Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions in a modern inpatient setting.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor condition changes.
- Administer medications safely and manage ongoing medication needs.
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions and coordinate individualized care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehab care plans.
- Educate patients and families on recovery progress, safety, and discharge readiness.
- Contribute to a patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and medication management skills.
- Ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Excellent communication and patient/family education capabilities.
